I co-lead Experiential Corporate Workshops with the  Human Centric Leaders, an alliance of Coaching Leaders who share a common passion and vision for Leadership and Soul in the workplace. We have all completed CTI Coaching Certification (CPCC) and Leadership Programs. We are all trained as Corporate Program Leaders, Workshop Facilitators  and Life/Executive Coaches. We speak 5 languages in total: English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. We are dedicated to our customers and aim at role modelling authentic and empowering relationships with them.
Oh, and our nickname is "The Ghostbusters" because we chase ghosts trapped inside corporate systems. And we have fun too sometimes...

During this two-day workshop, participants will learn powerful coaching tools that will allow them to create transformational relationships with others.

The focus is on the learning of practical coaching tools and their application. This is a hands-on workshop during which you will practice coaching and receive actionable feedback on your impact. You will leave the workshop ready to have coaching conversations with colleagues and employees.

Outcomes:
  • Discover and practice eight key coaching skills that will transform and enhance the way you communicate 
  • Learn how to motivate and empower employees and colleagues
  • Discover a powerful method to help people think outside the box, find solutions and get unstuck
  • Use the Coaching Superpowers Compass to enrol and influence others in service of a common objective 
  • Practice coaching and receive personal feedback from workshop co-leaders and peers

​LEADING ALLIES WILL TRANSFORM THE WAY YOU WORK WITH OTHERS AND BENEFIT ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MORE IMPACT, INFLUENCE AND RESULTS WHEN CO-LEADING PROJECTS, MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS.

Upon completion of this two to four-day workshop, participants will be able to create powerful working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and co-lead impactful projects, meetings and/or workshops.

The focus of the workshop is on powerful tools and hands-on practice. You will work with different peers in duos and discover how to have greater impact and influence together to reach purpose-driven goals.

  • Transform the way you plan and structure projects, meetings and workshops.
  • Learn how to design purpose-driven initiatives that have greater impact, influence and yield results.
  • Discover and practice the three key focuses that need to be present when leading any project, meeting or workshop. Each focus comprises of a specific set of skills that you will practice in live situations.
  • Forever change the way you build working partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders and learn essential tools to deliver unprecedented impact together.

TEAM DETOX IS A GAME-CHANGER THAT WILL BENEFIT YOUR TEAM WHEN UNDERGOING CHANGE, FACING CHALLENGES OR SIMPLY WANTING TO REACH THE NEXT LEVEL IN BECOMING A HIGH PERFORMING TEAM

The main objectives of this two-day workshop are to give team members the tools to communicate more effectively, create opportunities to bond from challenges and conflict and build commitment to one another and to the team’s purpose.
​

The focus is on the learning of powerful tools and the application of these on the team's real business challenges, there and then during the workshop.
​

  • Get to know how to work best with fellow team members.
  • Become a more cohesive team
  • Clear the assumptions that currently create misunderstandings in your team and strengthen relationships
  • Discover and practice an easy and effective method for giving and receiving feedback

INNOVATION LEADERS IS FOR YOU AND/OR YOUR TEAM IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR MARK PROMOTING INNOVATION IN LARGE ORGANISATIONS WHILE CLARIFYING YOUR VALUE PROPOSITION, INTEGRATING CUSTOMER AND PEER FEEDBACK AND MANAGING STAKEHOLDERS.

The 3-day workshop is also intended for “change agents”: individuals in charge of transforming product/service/process in an existing organisation and people in charge of strategic programme implementation.


Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to lead and consult innovation programmes and contribute to the implementation of a culture of innovation inside large organisations. They will leave with increased skills and confidence and exemplify what it means to be an Innovation Leader.

Outcomes: Over the course of three days, participants will:
  • Learn highly effective tools for defining, designing and expressing Value Propositions and Customer Profiles (Tools: Value Proposition Design, Strategyzer.com).
  • Prototype a product very rapidly, integrate feedback and pivot a concept (Tool: looping.com).
  • Experience and get an increased awareness of their own Innovative leadership and how to express that leadership in the context of teams and programs (Reference: IDEO Field Guide, Designkit.org).
  • Use leadership techniques to create powerful emulation and engagement towards innovation inside and outside the project team.
  • Define change management initiatives and network strategies to influence corporate culture and change programme.
  • Deal with Innovation archetypes when facing resistance: how to leverage them, influence them and develop tactics for and against them so that innovation may happen.
  • Outline multiple paths for driving innovation inside large corporations with related benefits and drawbacks.
